32X [1995]
Sega realised that a large gap was apparent between the generations of consoles, from the Mega Drive to the Saturn. Due to this they attempted to bridge the gap. This proved to be a bad move due to sales never being made.
Most of the potential customers had realised that it wasn't the true next generation console that was about to come out. Because of this unpopularity in the US it was very much unheard of in the UK.
The actual system wasn't bad but not as good as the Saturn that would come out later in the year, and had no chance of competing with other consoles such as the PlayStation or N64.
VERDICT |
| It was a temporary console and it showed. |
