Sega Dreamcast [1999] Rating: 4/5

The Sega Dreamcast has good graphics and the sound is great. It takes Cds from on top of the system, so do keep it in a safe place away from kids. I do have to say that the Dreamcast has better graphics then the Nintendo 64. No matter if it is not all that talked about like that one. This is great in graphics and has much of the same games, as well as not as not being as pricey as the rest.

The great part of the Sega Dreamcast is that it also has a CD-ROM in it. It has a web browser 2.0 with Sega net.56K modem in it. Yep you can get on the web with this Sega Dreamcast. They like you to use AT&T, but you do not have to get on the web with this. It has its own keyboard on the screen if you do not have the one that comes with it. So you can go up on the net and try out any games, from Nintendo and Playstation games and much more.

The big games that the Dreamcast came out with was Shenmue, Resident Evil and the highly rated Metropolis Street Racer.

VERDICT

Most console fans eagerly waited for what Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo respectively were going to do rather than give in to temptation and delve into the Sega Dreamcast. But the majority that did were satisfied with the overall result.
