Turbo Express is a portable version of the Turbografx-16. It was the first 16-bit portable hand-held console on the market. It had a screen and with built-in directional pad and two fire buttons with selectable auto-fire modes.

The additional accessories available was a TV tuner to watch TV on your screen, and a TurboLink so that multiplayer games could be played. The games used in this system were the same as in the TG16.
